Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to manage post-litigation processes, draft and file essential litigation documents, and support attorneys in meeting deadlines. As a vital part of the team, you will help streamline operations and enhance client satisfaction by maintaining organization and facilitating efficient case processing.

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years in personal injury litigation
• Ability to draft standard litigation pleadings and responses accurately and efficiently
• Strong verbal and written skills with attention to detail and professional client interactions
• Highly organized and self-motivated with a keen ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Collaborative mindset with a strong cultural fit; willingness to assist and share knowledge
• Comfort with AI tools and legal case management software; adaptive to new technologies
