Requirements

• 2-6+ years of Paralegal experience, preferably in criminal defense
• Proficient in LexisNexis and WestLaw, with strong legal research and writing skills
• Ability to manage high caseload volumes with efficiency and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage clients under pressure
• High judgment under pressure and capable of independent decision-making
• Technology proficiency, including Clio, Slack, Office 365, and research tools like Westlaw and LexisNexis
