Requirements
- Proven success in sales leadership roles within complex B2B environments
- A growth-driven, data-oriented mindset with strong strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build trusted relationships
- Comfort working in dynamic, fast-evolving market environments
- Experience selling Perpetual or SaaS Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Manufacturing Data Platform solutions
- Strong ability to articulate competitive advantages, value propositions, and solution differentiation
- Experience partnering with sales teams and prospective customers to understand business objectives and define value-driven solutions
- Demonstrated experience developing ROI-based value propositions and cost/benefit analyses
- Expertise in account strategy development and tactical penetration planning, with disciplined follow-up and communication practices
- Proven negotiation experience, including pricing and contractual agreements, to successfully close deals
- Background in manufacturing environments for complex industries such as semiconductor, electronics, life sciences, or industrial equipment
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
