Area Sales Manager

Critical Mass Group is hiring an Area Sales Manager to grow and manage sales of the Company’s brands at current and new retailers in the San Antonio area. The role involves building relationships with accounts, providing excellent sales/customer service, and developing and maintaining relationships with local distributors and brand reps.

Requirements

• High school diploma or 1-2 years of successful sales experience with retail
• Established relationships and demonstrated success working with retail
• Working knowledge of financials used in the sales process
• Passionate and results oriented individual who demonstrates persistence in the face of obstacles
• Strong planning and organizational skills along with excellent interpersonal, written/oral communication, and presentation skills
• Full competence with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team

Benefits

• $50,000 annual base salary
