Critical Mass is hiring a Creative Strategist to join our ArtBot team! The role involves creating and implementing dynamic creative strategies for clients across various industries. You will work with media agencies, creative agencies, and client stakeholders to design and deliver data-driven creative solutions that drive measurable performance outcomes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a relevant media, creative or ad tech role
- Strong understanding of the digital media landscape, including media planning, buying, and activation principles across programmatic and/or social platforms
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in creative aesthetics and large data sets
- Proven ability to think strategically while applying analytical rigor to optimise digital media performance
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Confidence in designing and implementing robust measurement frameworks to assess digital strategy effectiveness
- Experience in nurturing stakeholder relationships with excellent communication skills
- Solid skills in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint / Keynote, with the ability to craft compelling narratives
- A quick learner, problem solver, and collaborative team player
- Self-starter mindset — confident, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
