Critical Mass is looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to join our ArtBot team. The role involves creating and implementing dynamic creative strategies for key accounts, maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders, and developing strong commercial understanding of clients. The successful candidate will have a strong sense of curiosity, willingness to explore new ideas, and a self-starter mindset.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a relevant media, creative, or strategy role
- Strong understanding of the digital media landscape
- Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders
- Ability to craft clear, compelling strategic narratives
- High attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically
- Experience designing and implementing measurement frameworks
- Track record of managing and developing junior talent
- Self-starter mindset
