CRM Specialist

The CRM Specialist will assist with strategy and execution of retention channels at HEYDUDE, including email, SMS, and direct mail, with a focus on bringing GTM campaigns to life. This role will make advancements in segmentation, content, and personalization to enhance the customer lifecycle journey and meet revenue targets.

Requirements

• Collaboratively build the campaign calendar for your communications channels
• Manage the campaign ops team
• QA all campaigns prior to deployment
• Manage a robust, always-on testing calendar
• Analyze campaign results
• Partner with internal data teams
• Own the health and performance of the customer database
• Assist in budget forecasting and reporting
