The Product Developer, Partnership Personalization will develop new charms, accessories, and collectibles for Crocs Inc. The role supports the Product Creation Teams to deliver in-line products, manage calendars, drive process improvements, and achieve product objectives within required timelines.
Requirements
- Work with a global, cross-functional product creation team
- Ability to analyze design packs and prepare for factory deliverables
- Maintain Product Bill of Materials (BOM) and communicate costing for products in development
- Identify potential manufacturing, efficiency and costing concerns during the product development cycle
- Own the sample process, including submitting clear sample request and document and communicate any revisions accordingly
- Communicate opportunities to product teams for improved construction, materials, and components
- Ability to work independently and provide guidance to team
- Ability to speak to costing targets or drive to costing targets
- Understands and maintains standards for design quality and development process
- Successfully able to navigate and prioritize deliverables in a fast-paced working environment
- Responsible for the physical management and storage of prototypes and samples
