We're a team of technologists and legal experts collaborating closely to reimagine corporate legal services from the ground up. We're looking for a Contracts Specialist to help us scale our document review and legal service operations.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience reviewing sales contracts as a contracts specialist, paralegal, legal ops, or similar role at a law firm, in-house legal team, or legal service provider
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Experience with or excitement about technology-enhanced legal services
- Strong process mindset
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
