Crosby is a next-generation law firm that aims to reimagine corporate legal services using technology and AI. The role of Legal Staff is to work with the team to fix inefficiencies in the legal industry and deliver value to clients using AI tools.

Requirements

3-8 years of experience in biglaw or a few years in biglaw with some in-house experience
Strong familiarity with SaaS, data, and licensing deals
Top tech-transactions/IP practice preferred
Client-ready and comfortable advising founders, GTM teams, product leads, and GCs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
Experience building a team and coaching lawyers and paralegals
Strong understanding of AI and its applications in the legal industry
