We are looking for Multilingual Customer Support Agents to work in a global travel booking platform, in a dynamic environment focused on quality, problem-solving, and customer experience.
Requirements
- Intermediate English (B2/C1) – speaking, reading, and writing
- Fluency in Portuguese
- Availability to work on-site in Barra Funda – São Paulo
- Good communication and customer service-oriented profile
- Availability to work on a 5x2 schedule with alternating days off
- Comfort with making phone calls in English
