Job Description
We are looking for a Dutch native or fluent customer advisor to join our Dutch Customer Support team in historic Athens. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and a desire to learn and advance. Responsibilities will include providing customer support via phone and email, meeting customer service quality goals, and building meaningful relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Native or proficient level of Dutch (C2)
- Intermediate level of English (at least B2) both verbal and written
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Desire to learn and advance
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
- Local candidate or willing to relocate to Athens, Greece
