Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken)
- Strong English skills for training and internal communication
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-first mindset with a calm and positive attitude
- Ability to adapt to new tools and fast-paced environments
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
