We are seeking experienced German-speaking Customer Care Specialists to join a highly-rated BPO company. In this role, you will provide outstanding support to customers of a financial services company from the comfort of your home in Montenegro.
Requirements
- Native or fluent in German, both verbal and written.
- Familiar with customer support software, including Zendesk and internal troubleshooting tools.
- Experience in customer support and technical support, especially with help desks or IT functions.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Strong independent work ethic and remote team collaboration skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Adaptable and flexible with a strong knowledge of PC-based internet and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
