Job Description
We are seeking a German-speaking Account Manager to join a growing Customer Success & Optimization team in Barcelona. The role involves managing and developing a portfolio of clients, improving account performance, and driving long-term business growth through strategic relationship management and data-driven optimization.
Requirements
- Native or fluent German (C1–C2)
- Good command of English
- 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Sales
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and client-focused
- Eligible to work in Spain
