We are looking for a German-Speaking Onboarding Account Manager to support new business clients during their initial setup and integration phase. You will guide clients through the onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth activation process, strong product adoption, and a positive first experience.
Requirements
- Native or fluent German (C1βC2 level)
- Good command of English
- 1β2 years of experience in Account Management, Onboarding, Customer Success, or Sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Eligible to work in Spain
