Join Us in Sunny Barcelona as a French-Speaking Customer Service Representative! We're looking for a passionate customer service representative fluent in French to provide efficient and solution-oriented support to customers.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency: C2/ fluent French and a strong command of English (B2 level or above)
- At least 1 year in customer service, preferably in technical support
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of signal connectivity, wireless networking, music, and AV products
- Customer Focus: Strong listening skills and a proactive approach to solving customer needs
- Team Player: Ability to take ownership of issues and work collaboratively to resolve them
