We're looking for a passionate customer support agent to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a customer support agent, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to customers of a global leader and one of the biggest companies in Portugal, while working with prestigious worldwide brands.

Requirements

• Citizen UE or Work Permit Portugal
• Fluency in Portuguese (C1/C2 Level or Native)
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
• Typing Speed: 25 words per minute
• Availability to work in rotating shifts
• Good computer skills
• Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients
• Excellent communication skills
• Good listening and empathy skills
• Good time management skills
• Team spirit and flexibility
