Director - Business Transformation (Finance Transformation)

CrossCountry Consulting is seeking a Director to lead the Office of the CFO in the Boston market. The role involves providing financial consulting services, leading finance transformations, and developing Finance operations, driving innovation, and achieving operational excellence. The Director will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the complexities of Finance strategy, operation, and F&A operations.

Requirements

• 15+ years of consulting, CFO Advisory, Finance Transformation, or relevant industry experience
• Prior experience in professional services (public accounting or advisory firm), preferably at a large, global accounting firm or with a management consulting firm
• Minimum ten years of recent, advanced program or project management skills
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) - system selection, design, implementation
• Demonstrated track record of establishing credibility both internally and externally
