Job Description
CrossCountry Consulting is seeking an experienced Partner to join their Transaction Advisory Services team, specializing in Initial Public Offerings (IPO). The role involves leading the IPO process, managing client relationships, mentoring teams, and ensuring financial reporting and risk management compliance. They are a collaborative, performance-driven firm, deeply invested in employees and committed to a positive company culture.
Requirements
- 18+ years of professional services experience
- Expertise in leading clients and IPO readiness assessments
- Deep knowledge of financial reporting, governance, and risk management
- Strong drafting skills and ability to create registration statements
- Experience with PCAOB uplift
- Project management and client relationship building skills
- Experience mentoring and developing teams
