Partner- IPO Accounting Advisory

CrossCountry Consulting is seeking a dynamic Partner to join its Transaction Advisory Services team, specializing in Initial Public Offerings (IPO). This role will involve leading and inspiring teams, driving the growth of the practice, and providing expert guidance to both small and large clients. The ideal candidate will excel in financial reporting, operational governance, and risk management, collaborating with external advisors and supporting executive leadership.

Requirements

• 18+ years of experience in professional services (public accounting, advisory firm, or management consulting firm)
• Proven expertise in leading clients and providing guidance through IPO readiness assessments and execution of the IPO process.
• In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, operational governance, and risk management applicable to public companies.
• Deep expertise in drafting all financial sections in the registration statement and responding to SEC comments.
• Strong project management and client relationship-building skills.
• Experience in mentoring and developing teams.
