Job Description
As a Concrete Foreman at Crossland, you will be responsible for all activities at the construction site, including providing a safe and productive work environment, maintaining schedules, and ensuring projects stay within budgetary limits. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all personnel, including subcontractors and materials, to prevent delays and ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
Requirements
- Verifiable work experience as a foreman
- Additional construction experience
- Proven track record of supervising and coordinating personnel
- Highly motivated
- Ability to understand schedules and complete projects on time and on budget
- Ability to track variances and cost projections
