Requirements

• Verifiable work experience as a foreman
• Additional construction experience required
• Must be able to interpret blueprints
• Must be able to manage materials
• Must be able to resolve field issues
• Must be able to mentor a crew of 5-10 workers
• Must be able to oversee all phases of concrete work
• Must be able to inspect work for quality control
