Job Description
Nurse Practitioner responsible for implementing, delivering, and ensuring highest quality of patient-centered care. Provides comprehensive primary care services, participates in treatment plans, and collaborates with management team to improve patient care.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
- Board Certified
- Licensed to practice in Arizona
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
