Job Description
Crossover Health is creating the future of health as it should be. The Engagement Coordinator is an essential entry-level position in the Client Success team, responsible for executing high-quality, tactical support across client-facing events, engagement initiatives, and member outreach.
Requirements
- 1 + years of professional experience in roles such as event coordination, community outreach, administrative support, or customer service, ideally with direct client or member interaction
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage confidently with clients, members, and cross-functional partners
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and working knowledge of collaboration/design tools (e.g., Canva) and task/project management platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn health and insurance concepts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
