Job Description
Crossover Health is creating the future of health as it should be. We are seeking a PRN LPN to deliver patient care, practice under the oversight of an RN or clinic supervisor, and collaborate with patient and care team to facilitate a patient-centered medical home.
Requirements
- Licensed Vocational Nurse from an accredited school
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
