Crossover Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality patient-centered care, implement treatment plans, and supervise staff. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of clinical experience in Internal Medicine or Family Practice and be Board Certified.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
- Must be Board Certified
- Must be licensed to practice in appropriate state
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
