Requirements
- Work with the client and client team to support onsite operations, program growth, communications and reporting.
- Support Sales and Account Management teams, RFI responses, clinic and staffing models, forecasts, and budgeting.
- Develop and continuously optimize program workflows, integrations, regulatory compliance, ROI, reporting, and related KPIs.
- Provide program and partnership oversight and manage any needed procurement, vendor, or other relationships.
- Establish reporting/KPIs, provide regular updates on program performance to leadership and make recommendations for continuation, conclusion, or enhancements as needed based on business value.
- Implement and revise program/s to enable clinic efficiency, quality, and patient/client satisfaction and meet contractual agreements.
- Establish and implement operational strategies to meet organizational goals within budget and timelines.
