Requirements

• Completed an Ohio State Department of Health Competency Test from an accredited program with a minimum requirement of 75 hours of certification
• Certified by the state as a nurse's aide with an unrestricted, active aide certification
• 3-6 months of current experience as a Hospice Aide or Nurses Aide required
• Hospice or Home Health Agency experience preferred
• Reliable vehicle/transportation, valid driver's license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle
