Job Description
We are seeking a CNA/STNA to provide end-of-life care to patients and their families, with a focus on dignity, compassion, and respect.
Requirements
- Completed an Ohio State Department of Health Competency Test from an accredited program with a minimum requirement of 75 hours of certification.
- Certified by the state as a nurse's aide with an unrestricted, active aide certification
- 3-6 months of current experience as a Hospice Aide or Nurses Aide required
- Hospice or Home Health Agency experience preferred
- Reliable vehicle/transportation, valid driver's license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle
