Job Description
Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care invites STNAs (CNAs) to join their team and provide comfort and meaning to patients and their loved ones in their final moments.
Requirements
- Completed an Ohio State Department of Health Competency Test from an accredited program
- State certified as a nurses' aide with an unrestricted, active aide certification
- 1 year of current experience as a Hospice Aide or Nurses Aide
- Hospice or Home Health Agency experience preferred
