Job Description
Supports a team in delivering compassionate care, leading education and growth of new clinicians, and fostering relationships with pharmacy partners.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute, critical or home/hospice environment
- 1+ years of experience as a supervisor and/or educator
- Active, unencumbered state RN license
- Associates, Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Nursing accepted
- Current driver's license and auto liability coverage
- Accurate and clear oral & written communication skills
- Strong understanding and ability to communicate hospice & palliative philosophy
- Extensive knowledge in Pharmaceuticals as it relates to end of life care
