Job Description
Registered Nurse Educator/Lead supports a team that delivers compassion in its truest form, serving as a mentor and guide to new clinicians and experienced team members through hands-on education and encouragement.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute, critical or home/hospice environment that is exposed to end of life care.
- 1+ years of experience as a supervisor and/or educator
- Active, unencumbered state RN license
- Associates, Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Nursing accepted
- Current driver's license and auto liability coverage
- MUST possess accurate and clear oral & written communication skills
- Strong understanding and ability to communicate hospice & palliative philosophy
- Extensive knowledge in Pharmaceuticals as it relates to end of life care.
