Lead day-to-day operations across assigned branch(es) and program areas, overseeing membership, programs, marketing, facilities, and staff development, and managing budgets, financial performance, and growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human services, business, or related field
- 5+ years of leadership experience in nonprofit or similar environment preferred
- Strong operational, financial, and people leadership skills
- Ability to build relationships across diverse communities
