Job Description
The Executive Director will lead the launch of the new Gary YMCA and advance the mission of strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human services, business, social services, or equivalent
- Five or more years of professional experience in the YMCA or another nonprofit preferred
- CPR/AED/First Aid and New Employee Orientation required with 30 days of hire
- YMCA Multi Team Leader certification preferred
