Executive Director

The Executive Director will lead the launch of the new Gary YMCA and advance the mission of strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human services, business, social services, or equivalent
• Five or more years of professional experience in the YMCA or another nonprofit
• CPR/AED/First Aid and New Employee Orientation required
• YMCA Multi Team Leader certification preferred
