Job Description
The Duncan Family YMCA is seeking a bold, people-first Executive Director to lead a dynamic branch of over 100 staff into its next chapter of growth and impact.
Requirements
- Provide visionary leadership aligned with YMCA mission, strategic plan, and community needs.
- Develop and execute branch or program strategies that drive membership growth, program expansion, and community impact.
- Lead change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
- Develop, manage, and achieve annual operating budgets and financial goals.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing, diverse staff team.
- Ensure high-quality programs that are safe, impactful, and aligned with YMCA standards.
- Serve as the primary ambassador of the YMCA within the community.
- Partner with advisory council to advance YMCA goals.
- Support volunteer engagement and leadership development.
