The Leader on Duty will be responsible for supervising, monitoring, and providing direction, especially in emergency and conflict situations, for the entire branch and grounds.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
- Previous management experience is required.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to relate and communicate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
