Job Description
Teach the game of Pickleball to members and participants at the YMCA, developing and enhancing the pickleball teaching and coaching program. Includes instructing lessons, clinics, and drill sessions, maintaining a safe environment, and enforcing sportsmanship behaviors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
- Advanced knowledge of the game of Pickleball, including a mastery of the game and the ability to teach and share the game with others
- Pickleball Instructor/Teaching Certification by a recognized pickleball certification organization, which may include IPTPA, PPR, YMCA, or receive certification within 6 months of hire
