Job Description
Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Care Coordinator to work in their Knoxville, TN location. The Care Coordinator will assist patients in recovery services and ensure documentation is complete. The position requires a bachelor's degree and experience in providing services to individuals with substance use disorders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Psychiatric Rehabilitation, Sociology, Counseling, Vocational Rehabilitation, or Human Services Counseling
- At least one year of experience providing services to individuals with a diagnosis of substance use disorders
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse with at least one year of direct experience providing services to individuals diagnosed with a substance use disorder
- Board of Counseling Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) or CSAC-Assistant under supervision
