Requirements
- Follow policies and procedures to correctly identify patients and administer medication
- Dispense daily and take-home medication at the dosing window
- Coordinate care with clinical and medical staff for continuity of patient care
- Maintain and complete accurate patient documentation
- Ensure medication count is accurate and completed daily
