Job Description
Crossroads Treatment Centers is an equal opportunity employer seeking a part-time LPN/RN for their Addiction Medicine team in Independence, KY. The successful candidate will provide medication-assisted treatment to patients with opioid use disorder, participate in nursing team meetings, and maintain accurate patient documentation.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse License issued in the state in which they will be practicing or a multi-state compact status license.
- 3+ years of nursing experience is preferred.
- Strong phlebotomy skills, experience drawing blood on collapsed veins is a plus.
- Active and current CPR or BLS certification is preferred.
