The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial accounts and accounting functions for Crosstown Plumbing. This hands-on managerial role ensures the accuracy of financial reporting and manages the day-to-day accounting operations.

Requirements

• Lead and supervise the Accounting Department
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reports
• Manage employee payroll processing
• Collaborate with external CPA firm for year-end audits
• Ensure compliance with sales tax regulations
• Create, update, and maintain standard operating procedures
• Prepare and present financial metrics and reports
• Maintain accurate cash handling and inventory control
