Job Description
Perry Weather is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA or CMA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Self-starter who operates independently while being collaborative with the broader team
- Attention to detail with pride in ownership of work
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
