Requirements

• Extensive experience in Programmatic advertising, with advanced, hands-on mastery of platforms including DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, and CM360
• Proven track record in leadership, with experience in direct line management and the professional development of junior and mid-level team members
• Strategic mindset with the ability to design and execute complex programmatic roadmaps that deliver against high-level client objectives
• Exceptional client service and relationship management skills, with the ability to lead senior stakeholder conversations and maintain high standards of communication
• Highly analytical mind with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategic recommendations
• Expertise in operational excellence, with experience in defining best practices, building scalable processes, and driving team efficiency
