We are seeking a Programmatic Senior Account Manager to lead a portfolio of major client accounts and drive operational excellence within the Programmatic team.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Programmatic advertising
- Advanced, hands-on mastery of platforms including DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, and CM360
- Proven track record in leadership, with experience in direct line management and the professional development of junior and mid-level team members
- Strategic mindset with the ability to design and execute complex programmatic roadmaps
- Exceptional client service and relationship management skills
- Analytical mind with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategic recommendations
- Experience in defining best practices, building processes, and driving team efficiency
- Strong collaborative skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with external partners and across internal channels
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on overseeing multiple major client accounts simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring total accuracy in campaign execution, data measurement, and client reporting
- Clear passion for digital innovation, with a proactive approach to monitoring market trends and adopting new programmatic technologies
