Requirements
- Degree level education or relevant equivalent experience
- Demonstrable in-depth experience in Digital Marketing
- Demonstrable in-depth experience in SEO advertising
- Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills
- A mathematical and analytical mind
- Exceptional client service skills
- Highly organised and an ability to multi-task
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills which must include Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Proven track record of working to deadlines
- Proven time management skills
- Proven ability to negotiate
- The ability to autonomously identify opportunities, generate ideas and formulate strategies
- Leadership skills: managing direct reports, a motivator
- Demonstrable line management experience, mentoring & training
- Proven experience in client expectation management roles and situations, able to manage and direct client expectations
- Clear passion for digital marketing and SEO
- Passion for digital marketing and skills in account / project management
- Ability to manage multiple digital marketing projects with fantastic organizational capabilities
- Demonstrable history of leading client calls; discussing key projects and their progress and diplomatically handling any hurdles to achieving goals
- Extensive knowledge of using Google's suite of cloud based tools; Calendar, Drive, Sheets, Present etc.
- Strong Excel skills; knowledge of functions and ability to manipulate data en masse
- Hard working team player with the desire to work as part of a dynamic and friendly team and grow our SEO proposition
- Good communication skills - the ability to convey an idea with confidence
