CrowdStrike is seeking an Alliance, MSSP & OEM Account Manager to join their Worldwide Alliances Organization and Global Renewals Management Function. This role will be responsible for scaling the alliance, MSSP and OEM account management function, driving execution through cross-functional partnerships, and supporting ARR retention at scale.
Requirements
- Relevant industry experience in High Tech, SaaS, Cybersecurity preferred
- Experience working within Alliance, MSSP, OEM, Channel or indirect sales models preferred
- Experience with Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) business model
- 5+ years of experience in Renewals, Sales Operations, Deal Support, Contract Management or Customer Success
- Previous experience managing SaaS subscription renewals processes
- Experience and proficiency with MS Excel
- Prior experience using Salesforce.com and/or Salesforce CPQ
- Ability to successfully balance a wide variety of daily tasks and adjust priorities on the fly in a fast-paced environment across multiple partner engagements
