Job Description
CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Technical Trainer to drive the technical and commercial proficiency of their global sales and solutions engineering partners. The role requires delivering expert instruction on the CrowdStrike platform and training partners to articulate the business and technical value of CrowdStrike's portfolio.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in pre-sales engineering, technical training, or consulting within the cybersecurity industry.
- Practical, hands-on expertise in one or more of the following enterprise cybersecurity areas: SOC operations, SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, Threat Intelligence, Identity Security, SaaS Security, Cloud Security.
- Hands-on proficiency in IT infrastructure and architecture, including networking and compute platforms.
- Delivers clear, impactful presentations and interactive training to both technical and business audiences.
- Exhibits an exceptional ability to demystify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders while maintaining credibility with engineering teams.
- Possesses working knowledge of MEDDIC and value-based selling methodologies.
- Holds a bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or business-relevant field.
- Demonstrates strong intellectual curiosity and competitive drive, with a clear commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Willing to travel as required to support partner and customer events.
- Fluent in English.
