Senior Technical Trainer

As a Senior Cyber Security Trainer & Curriculum Developer at Recorded Future, you will serve as a key driver of customer enablement through high-impact, technical training. Operating with full independence, you will design, deliver, and optimize cybersecurity learning experiences that empower customers to effectively adopt and utilize the Recorded Future threat intelligence solution.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and deliver live and virtual cybersecurity training for global customer audiences.
• Take ownership of curriculum course, create technical labs, CTF challenges, and curriculum aligned to role-based use cases.
• Act as a subject-matter expert and mentor to junior trainers and instructional designers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to align training content with evolving product capabilities and customer needs.
• Analyze training effectiveness using learner feedback, analytics, and performance metrics to continuously improve course impact.
