Senior Technical Trainer

Design, develop, and deliver live and virtual cybersecurity training for global customer audiences, and act as a subject-matter expert and mentor to junior trainers and instructional designers.

Requirements

• 8+ years in a training, cybersecurity, or enablement role
• Proven track record of independently designing and delivering cybersecurity training for external customers
• In-depth knowledge of threat intelligence, cyber defense frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK), and threat actor analysis
• Strong instructional design skills, with experience building interactive, lab-based learning environments
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills across live, virtual, and hybrid environments
• Experience using learning analytics to measure engagement, retention, and training impact
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication skills
